About the Role:
First Choice Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced and driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team in Gallipolis, OH. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of HVAC service technicians
- Manage residential and commercial HVAC service calls, maintenance agreements, and repair workflows
- Mentor, train, and evaluate service technicians to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and customer concerns
- Monitor inventory, order parts and equipment, and manage vendor relationships
- Track key performance metrics including call completion rates, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity
- Ensure all work meets local codes, EPA regulations, and company standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of service technicians
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with service management software and scheduling tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
